To open a toolbar as a new tab in a container

Click the gear button
of the container. -
Select Show Toolbars.

Check the checkboxes of the toolbars to add.
Toolbars can be opened as free-standing containers or added to the current container.
Select the Windows menu > Toolbars
Or run the Toolbar command.
Check the checkboxes of the toolbars to open.
